Cruel Ink was founded in 2021 by Victoria Ellis + Cady Verdiramo—two lifelong best friends with a passion for all things…you guessed it…editing + design.
Victoria handles the editing (developmental, line/copy, proofread, manuscript critiques, beta reads, author coaching calls). Victoria is also experienced with complex custom book formatting whether you’re publishing eBook, paperback, or both.
Cady left the company in 2024 to pursue her dreams of graphic design and opening her own store. Victoria is now a solo business owner but we still offer a wide array of author services! If you DO need a book cover designer, still reach out. We know a lot of them and have professional recommendations for you!
